A Fresh Breeze

Water, Earth, Fire and Air. These are the four classical elements of astrology.

I swear, I did not plan to make you reminisce upon Avatar: The Last Airbender and fight over the character division (shotgun Katara). Instead, I am trying to excuse my offline blog behavior (which is quite inexcusable) by using water, earth, fire and air.

Honestly, I’ve off and on wished I could receive a bit of Katara’s supernatural powers and control things like she does over water and ice. In reality however, I can’t, and neither can you (take notes, this is the only time I’m telling that you and I can’t do something; we are limitless). I’ve learnt to be like water and flow. And guess what, it actually refreshes.

The earth gave its eternal contribution too. In the busyness and overwhelm of e.g. getting ready for business college in New York, I asked for groundedness amidst the (externally perceived) glitz and glam. Whilst doing so, I extinguished old fire patterns and sparked a new flame. Chris Breezy fans you still with me?

I am thus not stating that everything has been easy breezy lemon squeezy. In fact, I perceive what I’ve experienced as a continuous journey of growth, including balance, healthy boundaries, selective nourishment and more sleep. The four elements of astrology have contributed to this and will continue to do so with this fresh breeze of angelesajas.com. There might be some turbulence, but that’s okay. It’s about the journey, not about the destination, remember? Now, let’s get this (Avatar) party started.
